Meet Gregory Kash
Gregory Mason Kash has been practicing law in North Carolina for over thirty years. A native of Wilmington, Greg stayed in-state for college, receiving his BS at Davidson College, and his JD at Campbell University School of Law. After passing the bar, he joined the U.S. Navy where he proudly served as an attorney for almost four years.
Stationed in San Diego, Greg gained immediate trial experience and had the privilege of working with some truly extraordinary people. After trying over 60 jury cases, he was anxious to return to the Carolinas; he’s now been practicing law in the private sector in Downtown Raleigh, NC, for over 25 years.
Greg’s experience runs the gamut. As a partner at Cranfill, Sumner & Hartzog, LLP, he spent over a decade defending numerous civil actions. He has tried cases in all court divisions in North Carolina, including in front of the NC Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals (Fourth Circuit.) As the proprietor of The Law Offices of Gregory M. Kash, founded in 2001, Greg now represents plaintiffs in various practice areas including malpractice, auto accidents, products liability, and even civil rights.
Offering compassionate, comprehensive representation to a hand-selected clientele is what Gregory Kash does best. With experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, he is proud to provide his clients with an incredibly well-rounded skillset.
Greg and his wife, Kristin, have a son named Mason and live in the greater Raleigh area. When he’s not actively working on behalf of his clients, Greg loves spending time with his family and being outdoors as much as possible.
